Democracy

How can be Social Justice?
when few control many,
when masses are ignorant
To choose a man of no substance
man of no integrity as the weakest link
How can it be a democracy?
When strength of chain is the weakest link!
We chose, let us accept that
With ignorance
We are people of no substance
We are people of no understanding
Full of rage
Submersed in anger for our previous choices
Yet blaming others
We walk from one hole to another
Filled with dirt, filled with body wastes
Not knowing we are empty men, full of anger
Not recognizing we were the cause, we are the cause
When leaders are as empty as we
Self-centered, sold out to external lobby
Yet asking for social justice
We do not know democracy has been dead
In the field of our emptiness

Prediction

The day you died in my arms
From the lashes of night on day
I lost my confidence in Gods
The rise of sun did not
Bring me resolution as
You faded away at dawn
Walking on dead leaves in breezy cold evening of fall
To listen to cry of trees and chirping birds
Never comforted me
The cracking bones in heart and soul
on border line of existence and nothingness
Absence of heart beat from moments when eyes are closed
in twilight of faith and blasphemy  goes a long way
Stop! Sky is falling, land is rising

This is the end you predicted before you and I were born

Shadow

Shadow of your presence
Dominated the truth
Beyond the clouds of doubts
Sun, was an idea
In the midst of chaos and despair
When life of a child
became cheaper than a cupcake.
The truth of you
Was lost when night
Imploded on earth
And you disappeared
In the mouth of the beast

My migration to inner world
To the ridge of sainthood and lunacy
To thin line of mirage and reality
Followed, blindfolded.
In a solitary cell
In refuge of inner me
Surviving soul cried load
To my companion silence
Calling on you to resurrect
From darkness to machinery of dominance
The scorpion of falsehood
Resonated with you
Explosion of dreams
In the womb of nightmare
Shone a beam of hope
On the end of a journey
On the annihilation, on nothingness.
Here, I am, again and again
In the womb of hope
To see your presence

A limerick in fantasy world

Scattered on shoulder is golden hair
Blessing of Gods with skin of fair
Wrapped in halo of grace and light
Calm and pleasant as breeze of night
Creation of spring, a breath of air

Woman of orange color

Bus did not stop at my station
It passed me through
A woman of orange color
With white hat and black dress
Asked for address, gazing in opposite direction
Gusty wind with no rain
Dark cloud of barren nature
Over shadowed me and the woman
In lust of fire and drought
Looked over the field of my vision
The address you are looking for
Is somewhere beyond me
Lost in the past with no future, no presence

“ Shadow”

Your shadow covered me for many years
In longest nights
In shortest days
With one goal in mind
To settle an old account of resentment
With the boldest face
With the bravest heart
With one spot in horizon
To take over the last remaining of ruins
With the softest touch
With the moistest lips
With one soul and body
To achieve an impossible task of many
In shadows of twilight
In glens of old memories
With one olive branch
To achieve the eternal peace with life
